Option 2: Most Convenient Method - Complete your notary application on our website, approved by the Texas Secretary of State, and order your $10,000 notary bond. We will handle the process for you by electronically filing your notary application and bond with the Texas Secretary of State and submitting the $21 filing fee on your behalf. Be on the lookout for an email from the Texas Secretary of State with instructions to finalize the notary application process and e-sign your application. Total cost of the bond and filing fee: $71
